Required

Extensive experience in cloud technology and building highly scalable software solutions.

Ability to set goals and guide teams towards successful project outcomes.

Background in leading Engineers and other managers, with skills in career coaching and performance management.

Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and work effectively with various stakeholders.

Champion of DEIAB within teams, creating a workplace where all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute.

Preferred

Professional background in relevant technologies such as C#, React, React-Native, Rust, C++, MongoDB and AWS.

Familiarity with adjacent languages, frameworks and services used at scale.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers to shape and solidify the team’s roadmap.
