Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and user acquisition.
Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, social media, content, and public relations.
Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve high performance.
Identify and implement innovative marketing tactics to enhance user engagement and market presence.
Lead fundraising efforts, including preparing investor pitches, identifying potential investors, and securing funding.
Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with the company’s goals and vision.
Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Represent TripTeam at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Required
Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and fundraising.
Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
Demonstrated success in securing funding and managing investor relations.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Based in New York.
