Responsibilities

Accompany candidates in the process of obtaining the educational voucher.

Enrollment: Support students in submitting requirements for a Bildungsgutschein. Directly engage with students to remove obstacles, inspire them, minimize drop-off, and ensure they complete all enrollment requirements.

Consultant: Identify the right career path for candidates based on their unique abilities and desires, and guide them in decision-making.

Define and track key metrics and KPIs for strong pipeline management and conversion. Continuously seek ways to enhance the sales process and work cross-functionally to improve results.

Operate at all levels—staying connected to the details—and be willing to tackle any task, big or small, to deliver results.
