Deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients
Experience in articulating the technical architecture and tooling choices to business and technical stakeholders
Create robust practice-wide best-practices and policy documentation
Ability to innovate and drive technical solutions and understand the business implications of those solutions
Solid understanding of business processes including the entire quote to cash lifecycle
Ability to understand and govern data structure, syncing/migration of data

Required
Minimum of 7+ years of Salesforce work experience
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
Salesforce Application Architect certification
Previous experience with Sales, Service Cloud, Databricks and Experience Cloud (Site/Communities)
Expertise in Advance Admin, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Experience (Aura and LWC)
Proficient in Agile Methodologies and SDLC
Able to effectively design solutions using Custom vs OOB in Salesforce design
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Force.com Platform
Expertise in Data and Metadata Migration strategies
Experience in designing the integration using middleware tools/Rest & Soap APIs
Experience and knowledge of JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks and tools (e.g., Angular, jQuery)
Strong leadership of technical teams including the ability to mentor and lead other senior technical personnel
Experience in articulating the technical architecture and tooling choices to business and technical stakeholders
Effective Salesforce management with demonstrated success and client satisfaction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in creating robust practice-wide best-practices and policy documentation
Must be both process and technically oriented

Ability to understand and govern data structure, syncing/migration of data
