Responsibilities
Work closely with business owners to create and maintain a product backlog of use cases, user stories, epics and features aligned with business value, product strategy and ROI.
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
Lead sprint grooming sessions to ensure upcoming work is fully understood and actionable by the development team, and work items have appropriate acceptance criteria, story points, and an assigned priority.
Participate in sprint planning in collaboration with the Technical Delivery Manager and other Technical Product Owners to ensure reporting work items are appropriately assigned to the development team in alignment with reporting priorities.
Manage a high-volume of communication within work items throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts on team to transition the business requirements to technical requirements.
Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for product owners to address new work and/or concerns about products or delivery.
Shares and communicates their feedback effectively to ensure successful delivery by the entire team.
Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
Facilitates problem solving by engaging in root cause analysis to identify underlying issues causing development roadblocks and collaborates with developers to identify solutions and strategies for resolving them.
Follows procedures and standards to ensure that reporting is accurate, consistent, and meets the organization’s Data Governance policies.
Utilizes intermediate SQL skills to write advanced queries, analyze, and manipulate existing stored procedures, to ensure work items are understood and actionable for the development team.
Serve as a member of the Incident Response Team by coordinating identification and resolution of IS security incidents, related to assigned reporting applications, by following established IS security policies and procedures and other duties as assigned.

Required
Minimum 4 years’ experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or etc.
Minimum 4 years’ experience working with SQL and DML.
Minimum 4 years’ experience working with Azure Data Factory, SQL Server or like technologies.
Minimum 4 years’ experience working with SDLC and Agile frameworks required.
Minimum 4 years’ experience working with agile software development tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Trello.
Excellent communication skills across various mediums.
Preferred
HIPAA or equivalent security experience preferred.
Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified ScrumMaster, or ITIL certification preferred.
