Responsibilities

Offer accurate and timely legal advice to executives on various topics (e.g., labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance).

Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.

Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.

Research and evaluate risk factors related to business decisions and operations.

Apply effective risk management techniques and proactively advise on potential legal issues.

Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authorities) to build trust.
