Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies for demand generation across multiple channels, including direct mail, website, and email.
Create compelling and persuasive content with strong CTAs to engage our target audience and drive lead generation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure content effectively addresses the needs of prospects and customers.
Research industry trends and insights to produce informed and relevant content.
Write long-form content, such as whitepapers, datasheets, ebooks, blogs, and case studies, that showcases One Inc's expertise and thought leadership.
Continuously evaluate content performance and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness.
Support product marketing initiatives with tailored content for product launches.

Required
Proven experience as a Content Writer in the insurance payments industry
Strong understanding of demand generation techniques and content marketing strategies.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on storytelling and engagement.
Ability to switch effortlessly between short-form and long-form content.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
4 Year Degree
