Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership: Lead and manage multiple high-priority client accounts, working closely with high-level stakeholders, strategic marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client business objectives. Provide expert-level guidance and thought leadership on how our solutions can drive measurable success.
Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their strategic goals and objectives. Act as a trusted advisor, advising clients on best practices and offering proactive solutions to meet their evolving business needs.
Account Growth & Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with clients' evolving needs. Leverage insights from performance data to make informed recommendations that drive account expansion.
Client Retention & Renewal Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive client retention strategies that foster long-term loyalty and maximize renewal rates. Lead the renewal process, ensuring clients are consistently satisfied with our solutions, with a focus on enhancing their experience and return on investment.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption rates, usage data, and customer satisfaction metrics. Analyze trends to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with clients to optimize their use of our products/services, driving continuous value delivery.
Client Enablement & Onboarding: Oversee the successful onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of our solutions. Design and deliver targeted workshops and training sessions that empower clients to realize the full potential of our offerings from day one.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams—product, engineering, and support—to ensure client needs are met, issues are promptly addressed, and any product/service enhancements are aligned with client expectations.
Mentorship & Team Leadership: Mentor junior consultants and support their professional development by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth. Lead by example in fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

Required
3 - 5 Years of industry experience
Proven experience in a senior consulting or client management role, preferably in a B2B or enterprise software environment.
Strong experience in strategic account management, stakeholder engagement, and driving revenue growth.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of an organization.
Demonstrated success in managing complex client relationships and leading account renewal and retention strategies.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights to improve client success.
Proven experience in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and system implementations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and navigate complex client challenges.
