Responsibilities
Prepare business and personal tax returns accurately and thoroughly.
Use ProConnect Tax Online and TaxDome for efficient tax prep and client interactions.
Review financial documents to ensure compliance with tax laws.
Prepare work papers, calculate deductions, and document client work.
Respond to client queries and provide tax-related advice.
Maintain strict confidentiality and data security.

Required
2+ tax seasons of experience in tax prep
Proficient with ProConnect, TaxDome, and Slack
Experience with business, personal, and multi-state tax returns
Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Able to work independently in a remote setup
US-based applicants only
Preferred
CPA or EA certification
Preferred states: CA, FL, NY, NJ, TX, OH, DE
