Responsibilities
Learn products and systems to enhance the client experience
Follow up with prospective clients who have had interest in the past
Meet with clients virtually through zoom and the phone during the sales process
Handle direct communication from corporate to clients
Collaborate with agency and clients to resolve any customer inquiries
Hit promotional guidelines in order to generate new growth
Adhere to state regulatory licensing requirements
Attend weekly zoom meetings
Build a customer base through self-generated leads or company leads with appointments
Providing and educating company products and services to new and existing clients

Required
Competent in technology and computer software
Experience with managing multiple tasks to be complete deadlines
Uphold a customer focus mindset within the workplace
Have excellent phone and face to face etiquette
Ability to work evenings and weekends based on client needs
Reliable cell phone, data and wifi plan
Pass background check
Complete contracting with insurance carriers
Life and health insurance license issued by home state (If you do not have a Life/Health insurance state license, if hired, we can help you obtain an insurance license in 7-10 days.)
Preferred
3 years in sales experience preferred, customer service or related field
