Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the separation of SAP systems during the divestment process, focusing on data migration, system disentanglement, and ensuring compliance with business continuity.
Lead multiple workstreams to ensure smooth system separation, including technical discussions for seamless project execution.
Work closely with testing teams to ensure thorough functional and technical testing before system separation.
Develop and oversee cutover plans to minimize operational disruption and defects during the system transition.
Facilitate planning sessions with SMEs to ensure critical dates like quarter-end, SOX freezes, and other business/IT activities are accounted for in the project timeline.
Align project team members and leadership with deliverables, schedules, and resource allocations for the divestment process.
Monitor and update project progress, ensuring all tasks related to SAP system separation are on track.
Ensure all team members understand their tasks and remove roadblocks to maintain progress.
Conduct weekly status meetings, publishing detailed task lists and timelines to keep the team informed of priorities and deadlines.
Update and manage the project plan and milestones, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
Develop weekly project status reports, highlighting progress against milestones for the project team and stakeholders, using PMO templates or project-specific formats.
Provide monthly updates to portfolio leadership and stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, including SharePoint site administration and project-specific documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for project communications, including with the project team and Governance Committee.

Required
15+ years of SAP experience, including system separation and migration projects.
Proven experience as a project manager for large, global SAP implementations.
Broad understanding of SAP technologies and cloud services.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent in English.
US passport or US Permanent Resident Card (USCIS Form I-551) holder.
Experience with large SAP S/4 Hana large projects.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
PMI-PMP certification preferred.
