Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for EHR integration and data exchange.
Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to manage the product implementation lifecycle, including setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating releases.
Help ensure data interoperability and seamless data exchange across various systems.
Contribute to identifying and defining new product opportunities to enhance our value-based care platform.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and support product decisions.
Gather and document requirements and feedback.
Support stakeholders in aligning product initiatives with business goals.
Monitor product performance and assist in implementing improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
Use data-driven approaches to define metrics, measure performance, and make informed product decisions.
Willingness to work with international teams.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
1+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in healthcare technology.
Basic understanding of EHR systems, data interoperability standards, and healthcare data exchange.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and use data to drive decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Must be fully proficient in Google G Suite or MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Preferred
Experience with SQL and data analytics platform
