Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and strategic outreach initiatives.
Identify and engage business owners interested in M&A opportunities, including business sales, acquisitions, and mergers.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with potential clients.
Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients by actively prospecting in target industries.
Schedule consultations with Bull Street Mergers’ M&A advisors for qualified prospects.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the early stages of the engagement process.
Work collaboratively with the M&A team to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on client needs.

Required
Proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management; M&A experience is a plus.
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a large pipeline of potential clients.
Comfortable with commission-only compensation, where earnings are tied to deal success.
