Responsibilities

Responsible for performing all elements of litigation case management.
Assist in various company initiatives and projects.
Assisting with e-discovery processes and document management.
Updating and maintaining litigation databases and files, including litigation deadlines, discovery matrices, case timelines, and reports.
Assisting with preparing and responding to written discovery and subpoenas.
Assisting with legal and factual research, investigations, and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various company initiatives and projects.
Adhere to the company's policies, practices, and priorities.
Perform other duties as requested by management.

Required

BS/BA from an accredited college or university
Paralegal certificate
Minimum of 5 years work experience as a litigation paralegal in a large firm or a specialized litigation practice firm.
Experience managing the civil litigation process from start to finish.
Knowledge of intellectual property law, including patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights.
Highly proficient in using e-discovery databases (e.g, Relativity).
Proficient with MS Office and online entity management systems.
Experience developing and maintaining processes to collect, store, and maintain electronic case files.
Experience managing medium sized caseload.
Ability to effectively work in an environment in which you will be exposed to confidential information and documents.

Preferred

Intellectual property experience is highly preferred.
