Responsibilities
Serve the agency’s short and long-term marketing, communication and growth efforts through hands-on information gathering, organizing, and written storytelling.
Ensure messaging resonates deeply and drives inspiration with core audiences.
Forge robust partnerships across client consulting, client delivery, strategy, design, and partnership teams to develop unified and powerful co-branded messaging.
Oversee all phases of written product development, from concept through completion.
Provide counsel and own projects that lead to the development of materials supporting agency growth and brand advancement.
Research market trends and industry updates to ensure content is forward-thinking and credible.
Anticipate the needs of clients and internal partners and take ownership of addressing them.

Required
Exceptional Storytelling Experience. You have created and edited award-worthy copy for various marketing and communications channels and formats, including business sales materials like case studies and capabilities explainers, plus direct-to-audience platforms like websites, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more. Your proficiency in understanding and adhering to brand voice and guidelines leads to an establishment and consistent improvement of our copy across the aforementioned platforms.
Strategic Collaboration. You can forge robust partnerships across client consulting, client delivery, strategy, design, and partnership teams to develop unified and powerful co-branded messaging that harmonizes our brand, crafting a cohesive identity. This includes prioritizing the needs of the agency’s client-facing and growth-driving StoryMakers to anticipate and deliver relevant materials across our marketing mix.
Persuasive Project Management. You have overseen all phases of written product development, from concept through completion, and can translate that to our agency’s internal ways of working. You will gather details on client projects that translate to crafted insights and narratives, serving as the baseline content for both our written and visual marketing and communications materials.
Understanding of Marketing and Business Development. You understand how client-facing marketing agencies operate and grow, and are able to provide counsel and own projects that lead to the development of materials supporting agency growth and brand advancement. For this role, that primarily starts with a regular cadence of researching market trends and industry updates to ensure our content is forward-thinking and credible.
Self-Starter. You anticipate the needs of clients and internal partners and take ownership of addressing them. You also maintain a thorough working knowledge of the agency’s key growth initiatives, which are identified on an annual basis.
Travel. Although we are a virtual-first team, you must be willing to travel for meetings 5-10% of the year.
