Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive national corporate partnerships program that drives impact for our school partners, value for corporate partners, and organizational growth.
Oversee all aspects of the corporate partnership development process, from research and identification of prospects to contract negotiation and renewal.
Lead a results-oriented and purpose-driven corporate partnership team to meet or exceed new business and renewal goals and ensure successful execution of partnerships.
Collaborate with Out Teach’s Board of Directors and team to identify partnership opportunities, implement programs, and cultivate impactful partnerships.
Build a portfolio of Out Teach corporate partners that are champions of the Out Teach mission through a commitment to shared goals and excellent account management.

Required
A passion for Out Teach's mission, work, and values
Superior knowledge of corporate priorities, strategies, organizational structures, and funding streams
Excellent communication skills, including a passion for consultative sales
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to craft original solutions that meet the unique needs of potential partners
Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
Strong analytical, strategic planning, time management, and organizational skills
A proven track record of achieving revenue goals and closing six-figure contracts
5-10 years of sales or fundraising experience, preferably in corporate partnerships
Experience managing successful teams
Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%
