Responsibilities

Educate homeowners about solar energy and help them assess their options

Close sales and earn uncapped top commissions (average of $7,200 per self-generated sale or $3,600 if only closing OR appointment setting)

Mentorship from industry experts

Work well within a positive, supportive, and laid-back company culture

[Optional] Earn uncapped and ongoing passive income by referring new salespeople
