Responsibilities
Lead the execution of data-driven customer acquisition strategies to scale paid media channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok, with the goal of driving sustainable and scalable growth.
Oversee performance marketing initiatives, optimizing campaigns for key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and LTV, while ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
Manage acquisition budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation across channels while driving maximum ROI.
Understand customer behavior, demographics, and psychographics to improve targeting and messaging for various segments.
Build, analyze, and optimize marketing funnels to ensure seamless and effective user journeys from engagement to purchase.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels using tools like Convert or Optimizely
Collaborate with the Sr. Web Manager to enhance customer journeys and implement site optimizations that support growth.
Create comprehensive media briefs to outline campaign objectives, target audiences, and creative requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Improve collaboration with media agencies by streamlining processes and removing blockers.

Required
Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in DTC customer acquisition.
Proven track record of scaling paid media and managing acquisition budgets to drive strong ROI.
Expertise in performance marketing, including Meta, Google and TikTok.
Expertise in building and optimizing marketing funnels for seamless user experiences.
Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) and optimization (A/B testing, CRO) using tools like (Convert or Optimizely).
Ability to plan and execute 30-60 CRO tests per month, guiding developers and designers.
Proven ability to manage large media budgets and maximize ad spend ROI.
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Merchant Center for product listings, ensuring integration with paid search campaigns to maximize visibility and conversions.
Effective communicator of insights and results to cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Experience managing external media agencies and improving processes.
Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred
Previous experience with CPG health & wellness in the supplements space strong highly preferred.
MBA is a plus but not required.
