Responsibilities

Receiving and processing all orders accurately and efficiently

Entering customer information into databases such as names, billing details, address, etc.

Maintaining a record of all open orders and track status of all pending transactions.

Obtaining multiple quotes for orders with local title providers and track for status until receive approval by the client

Must be able to enter a high volume of orders while maintaining accuracy

Reviews commercial and national commercial multisite order information to confirm all search requirements are met.

Prepare and review preliminary Good Faith Estimates and closing and other invoices, revise as required;

Order ancillary searches and any title products, certificates, miscellaneous searches, surveys, survey locates, survey quotes and services are ordered by the order intake group

Create, memorialize, standardize department policies and procedures; and

Provide general support to other Company employees.
