Responsibilities
Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, milestones, and timelines.
Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless execution of projects.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop comprehensive project documentation, including project scope, objectives, and plans.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct project meetings to track progress and address challenges.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct post-project evaluations to implement improvements for future projects.
Break down projects into component parts, identifying and tracking dependencies and opportunities for optimization; proactively identify problems and recommend solutions

Required
Strong understanding of IT systems and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent leadership, organizational and problem solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to multi-task and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information.
Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams including the ability to resolve disagreements constructively.
Basic understanding of networks, cloud infrastructure, system architecture, data storage, data analysis, and database technologies.
Ability/desire to get into the details (e.g. roll up the sleeves) and technologies as needed to solve problems.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of IT project management experience.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
Experience in IT infrastructure, software development, or systems integration projects.
Experience managing vendors and project teams that span multiple 3rd parties and strategic partners.
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
