Responsibilities

Generate/monitor sales and marketing performance metrics and reports
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across sales and marketing strategies for each of our markets
Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline analysis and other ad-hoc reporting/analysis
Provide data-driven insights for sales compensation, territory management, and quota setting
Continuously identify areas to standardize/optimize sales processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align GTM plans with product development, sales, and marketing strategies and with overall business objectives
Monitor sales efforts in relation to the GTM strategies and provide actionable insights and recommended improvements
Provide insights and data to help sales teams understand customer needs and tailor their approach to effectively sell the product
Design and deliver training programs that improve sales competencies, product knowledge, and engagement strategies
Develop and manage sales enablement content, including playbooks, presentations, and resources that support sales efforts and foster alignment with marketing strategies
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support better and faster decision making for sales and marketing leadership

Required

5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role, preferably within entrepreneurial SaaS settings
Deep understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot objects and fields/properties
Excellent data analysis capabilities with proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and/or SQL
Experience creating dashboards and reports using Tableau or other data visualization tools
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement changes effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Proven ability to adapt and thrive under pressure and in fluid environments
