Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive qualified traffic, and achieve business objectives that can be attributed to your efforts
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for ranking improvement and content creation. Optimize existing content and uncover new content opportunities.
Implement on-page SEO techniques including meta tags, internal linking, keyword optimization, and schema markup to ensure all website content is optimized for search engines.
Work closely with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and indexability. Address technical SEO issues like site structure, page speed, and XML sitemaps.
Collaborate with the content team to optimize content for search intent, including blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets. Provide guidance on content creation and updates based on SEO best practices.
Develop and implement a link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant sites, improving domain authority and search rankings.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance on weekly and monthly basis. Provide actionable insights to the marketing team based on data analysis.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance of competitors to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the company’s strategies are current and effective.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they pertain to SEO.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Google Analytics Certification, or SEO-specific certifications.
Experience working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, webflow.io)
Previous experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus.
