Responsibilities

Create fully functional prototypes for complex modules within platform, focusing on delivering high-quality UI/UX for data-heavy workﬂows.

Design data-intensive modules, which typically take 1-2 weeks to complete and will be broken into daily or two-day sprints for easier management and faster feedback.

Operates primarily through the TurboStream, Turbo Labs’ proprietary Kanban-like system. All tasks, updates, and feedback will be managed asynchronously, allowing you to focus on output rather than meetings.

Work autonomously on well-deﬁned problems, turning wireframes, requirements, and sketches into beautifully crafted UI designs that solve real-world challenges.

Collaborate closely with Turbo Labs’ founder to deliver on roadmap, while also contributing to internal design growth or process improvements as needed.
