Responsibilities

Guide UX efforts across product design teams, including planning and working with cross-functional partners to remove blockers and presenting effectively to senior staff and stakeholders.

Own program strategy for end-to-end delivery using product development process lifecycles and workflows.

Collaborate with other cross-functional Design team members (Research, Content Design, Design Operations, Branding) and Business and Engineering stakeholders.

Drive best practices in process and methodology to deliver against business and customer needs.

Drive continuous improvement to design operations and processes (intake, capacity planning, tooling, workflow mapping)

Required

At least 10+ years of experience as a producer, project manager, or program manager.

Proven ability in managing multiple projects within a design team or design operations.

Thorough command of the UX lifecycle, knowledgeable in all skill areas and tools, including facilitation of workshops or other collaboration techniques.

Experience breaking down complex problems and driving decision-making and prioritization discussions.

Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback from multiple teams/owners.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
