Responsibilities
Meet or exceed booking (new sales) quota monthly, quarterly, and annually
Respond to customer inquiries and manage opportunities associated with assigned accounts
Pursue new accounts via sales leads, partner referrals, RFPs, etc.
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data entered into the CRM system
Attend industry specific trade events as requested/scheduled

Required
5+ years’ experience of direct b2b selling within a complex market/solution
Verifiable track record of quota attainment on a consistent basis
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Ability to travel domestic and international if necessary (10%)
Preferred
Selling hosted/cloud software solution with a hardware component
Experience selling time collection software and hardware
Direct experience in the HCM marketplace including Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, ADP and Dayforce.
