Responsibilities
Inputs and maintains general ledger in Quickbooks Online.
Process A/P, reviews payroll in cooperation with the Payroll Coordinator
Calculates and processes all quarterly and/or year-end physician bonuses
Prepares and submits census for end of year profit sharing to plan administrator
Processes and reconciles monthly credit card statements.
Reconcile all bank accounts monthly.

Required
5+ years of accounting experience
3 years of Quick Books Online, A/P experience
Experience reviewing and approving payroll journal entries for accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently or as a team member
Financial statement preparation: 3 years
QuickBooks Online: 3 years
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required depending upon prior experience
Medical group accounting and payroll experience is beneficial but not required
Healthcare management: 1 year
Accounting: 5 years
