Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Organize, store, and update company documents, contracts, and training materials.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Assist in planning and organizing parkour events, workshops, and classes, which may include on-site attendance.
Help maintain communication channels within the team and with clients, ensuring that information is accurate and timely.
Accurately input data into databases and spreadsheets to support reporting and analytics.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher is a plus but not required
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace - Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Adaptability and ability to work independently
Access to a stable internet connection and a personal computer is required
Preferred
A passion for parkour or interest in physical fitness is preferred
Ability to create basic promotional material on Canva is a bonus
