Responsibilities
Create catchy, impactful scripts for social media ads (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
Analyze performance data to fine-tune and optimize your content.
Develop offline copy for TV, podcast ads, and out-of-home media (billboards, grocery carts).
Write landing page copy that drives conversion as much as it attracts and engages visitors.
Work closely across Rocket products—from Rocket Money to Rocket Mortgage®—to ensure messaging resonates with each unique audience.
Bring fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions and collaborative efforts.
Apply a compliance-focused lens to every piece of copy.

Required
5-8 years of experience in direct-response copywriting and user acquisition.
Proven track record of high-performing copy across social media platforms.
Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to transform insights into powerful copy.
Collaborative mindset and a positive, uplifting attitude, that isn’t fueled by ego.
Strong grasp of social media platforms and their content needs and trends.
Ability to write concise, engaging copy for multiple formats.
A creative and strategic vision.
Storyteller at heart, with ability to craft clear and beautiful narratives that expertly inform as well as entertain.
