Required
Bachelor's Degree
8 year(s) of Workday product experience
Preferred
Master's Degree
Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science
Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably HCM Core and/or Engagement Manager certification
Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs
Implementing HR technologies, aligning HR and people objectives with business strategies, streamlining and standardizing HR policies, practices and processes, transforming the HR organization to be more effective in managing human capital, and managing the business units
Leading multiple workstreams and/or multiple projects with an understanding of the Workday HCM solutioning
Configuring and optimizing the Workday HCM Absence Management & Time Tracking module
Utilizing system application implementations and software configurations
Providing recommendations based on leading practices and relevant industry experience
Managing touchpoints with related Workday modules including Talent Management, HCM Core, Advanced Compensation, etc.
Participating and leading client discussions and meetings
Managing engagements or dedicated workstreams, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues
Leading teams across different time zones and offshore centers with the ability to support sales cycle by participating/leading in proposal development and client orals presentations
Identifying and addressing client needs while building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement
Communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections
Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials
Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation
Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff
Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback
