Responsibilities

Ability to communicate and deliver accurate product information, feature/benefits and recommended dosages and usage to Healthcare Professionals by phone.
Advanced listening and decision-making skills.
Ability to understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environment.
Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks such as actively listening to our customer’s need while navigating our CRM and consistently providing accurate and complete information on the requested topic.
High work ethic, dependable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work.
Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs.

Required

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate and deliver accurate product information, feature/benefits and recommended dosages and usage to Healthcare Professionals by phone.
Advanced listening and decision-making skills.
Ability to understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environment.
Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience.

Preferred

4-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience preferred.
Related experience in the Allergy/Asthma/ OTC space.
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop an assigned territory with minimal supervision.
