Responsibilities

Answer inbound and outbound phone calls and provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, guiding clients through corrective steps.
Process orders from incoming calls, tickets, and emails when needed.
Work efficiently in multiple systems simultaneously while effectively utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Conduct appropriate research, take ownership and follow through for prompt resolution on any customer interaction.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
Ability to stay organized, regard to information, follow guidelines and multi-task in a professional and effective manner.
Maintain records of all conversations in CRM as outlined by department leadership
Meet call center minimum standard consistently and adherence to company and department policies and procedures.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current on new product releases with respect to assembly/disassembly, issue identification and trouble shooting.
The employee will recognize customer satisfaction as a priority and will make ongoing efforts to assist both internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Complete other duties/projects as assigned by department leadership.

Required

HS diploma or GED required.
Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills.
Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as with a team.
Communicate technical issues with non-technical audiences.
Effective Time Management skills and complete specific tasks and duties as outlined above.
Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
The employee is respectful with internal and external professional colleagues and is not engaged in conflicts with others.
Employee will be required to act in a manner that is in accordance with current ethical standards and promotes a positive public image for the organization and the profession.
Employees will be responsible for limiting the occurrence of unscheduled absences as outlined by the company’s standards and policies.
Employee will have knowledge of and is in full compliance with all agency policies and procedures.

Preferred

1-2 years of customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
CRM (IE SalesForce, Zendesk, etc) knowledge a plus.
Knowledge of PC operating systems and applications, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and can cope with the industry's ever-changing pace.
