Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including A/R, A/P, payroll, general ledger, and cash management.
Optimize financial workflows in QuickBooks to meet current business needs and prepare for future ERP or software transitions.
Produce accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain robust cash flow forecasting models to support sustainable growth.
Lead the evaluation and implementation of a future ERP or software suite that aligns with business needs and growth.
Ensure seamless financial operations across DTC, wholesale, and retail channels.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency across finance operations.
Implement strong internal controls to ensure financial accuracy, prevent risks, and maintain compliance with regulations.
Oversee audit preparation, tax filings, and regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align financial processes with the company’s growth objectives.

Required
5+ years of experience in financial management, ideally within fast-scaling CPG or retail industries.
Expertise in QuickBooks, with experience transitioning to ERP systems or more advanced financial software.
Proven ability to manage financial operations across multiple channels (DTC, wholesale, and retail).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to create accurate forecasts and manage cash flow in a high-growth environment.
Experience scaling financial systems to meet the demands of a growing business.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to leadership.
