Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements
Develop interactive visual analytics and reporting that streamline process and enable quick informed decisions
Act as a consultant to teams across the organization providing recommendations, best practices, data interpretations and training
Identify and communicate opportunities for improvements to data quality and tracking in source systems
Provide data that is relevant, accurate and reliable and help to ensure that information is readily available for direct consumption by users or for integration with other systems
Support information requests from inception to delivery, translating business requirements into appropriate reporting products that tell a story with data including analytic scorecards, dashboards, and reports
Train and educate users on business intelligence tools, features and best practices
Work on concurrent projects of varying size and scope, adhering to timelines and objectives
Partner with the larger Business Intelligence team to deliver self-service visual analytics and enterprise solutions that enable quick insights and data driven decision making
Participate in Data Governance activities by documenting reporting, calculations and data sources

Required
3+ years of experience in related roles working with or analyzing data to drive business outcomes
1+ years of experience in building visual analytics in data visualization tools such as Sigma Computing (preferred), Tableau or Power BI
Significant experience leveraging SQL to extract, combine, organize and analyze complex data sets
Prior experience capturing business requirements and translating into technical needs
Ability to work well as a member of a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong critical thinking skills, a track record of innovative thought and analytical abilities
Preferred
Bachelor’s in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
Prior experience within Auto finance or lending
