Responsibilities
Coordinate communication projects from concept to execution, managing timelines and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and track progress to ensure that communications initiatives are completed on time and within scope.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, branding, and leadership) to gather information, align objectives, and ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project timelines.
Identify and resolve project roadblocks, escalating issues when necessary to keep initiatives on track.
Write and edit various communication materials, email newsletters, blog posts, corporate website copy, and internal communications.
Copyedit content for clarity, grammar, punctuation, and style, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate, relevant, and engaging content for a variety of channels.
Adapt content for different formats and platforms, including web, email, social media, and print.
Seek stakeholder copy and creative approval for high-profile initiatives featured on the website and social media.
Create engaging social media copy for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Write creative posts, captions, and calls to action that align with our brand voice and drive engagement across social media channels.
Support social media campaigns by brainstorming content ideas and writing posts that resonate with our target audiences.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance our online presence.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to schedule, monitor, and optimize platform posts.
Schedule, post, and repost content; engage with followers as appropriate.
Assist in the development and execution of internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and aligned with company goals.
Help draft and distribute external communications, including press releases, advertisements, and public-facing content.
Support the communications team with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, content planning, and maintaining content calendars.
Support the CEO with presentation prep as appropriate.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of content strategies for various communications initiatives.
Assist in brainstorming and planning content for ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand goals.
Monitor and track the performance of communications materials to ensure effectiveness and recommend adjustments as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in communications, social media, project management, content writing, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a deep understanding of grammar, style, and tone.
Experience writing social media copy that drives engagement and aligns with brand messaging.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
Experience leveraging AI, such as Chat GPT.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality.
Willing to travel to other office up to 10% of the time.
