Responsibilities
2-3 years .NET development experience - 5+ years of dev total (okay with someone who started their career in .NET but needs at least 2 years exp in Java)
Someone who worked as a developer and now works as a Cloud or DevOps Engineer
Has a focus in any of the following: networking, any cloud (AWS is what they use now), automation (ansible, puppet, chef, jenkins, etc.), performance engineer, APM (Dynatrace, new relic, sumo logic), if they have good skills in a toolset that goes along with an SRE.
