Responsibilities

Collect, process, and analyze pharmacy-related datasets, including adjudicated claims, MediSpan, and healthcare metrics

Gather data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and spreadsheets. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract relevant data for business use.

Ensure data quality and consistency across platforms by identifying and correcting discrepancies.

Collaborate with data engineers to design and maintain reliable data pipelines.

Design and develop compelling dashboards, visual reports, and KPIs using PowerBI and other visualization tools to support business decision-making

Lead assigned projects and ensure timely completion, including complex assignments.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent education plus technical experience (3-5 years).

Advanced proficiency in SQL: query optimization, joins, CTEs, and working with complex data structures.

Detail-oriented and dedicated to a high standard of quality.

Effective and professional communication with technical and non-technical personnel in written and verbal forms.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to self-manage and work in a cooperative team environment.

Skills for gathering business requirements, process analysis, design, and problem resolution.

Able to provide clarity on features and user scenarios to a technical and non-technical audience.

Ability to work on multiple assignments and lead projects.

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced use of Power BI.

Preferred

Experience with Pharmacy and/or Healthcare data and metrics.
