Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on growth, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
Build, lead, and scale the marketing department, including hiring and developing new talent.
Create and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive high-quality leads, including content marketing, digital advertising, SEO, email, social media, and strategic partnerships.
Optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates at every stage, ensuring high-quality lead flow and nurturing.
Implement data-driven marketing tactics to test, measure, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
Regularly analyze and report key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Required
7+ years of experience in SaaS marketing with a proven track record of driving growth in ARR.
Expertise in growth marketing, demand generation, and inbound/outbound marketing strategies.
Experience building and scaling marketing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Deep understanding of B2C and B2B sales funnels, customer journeys, and SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, MRR).
Data-driven approach with experience using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and grow a marketing team while being hands-on when needed.
A growth-oriented mindset, always focused on improving and driving results.
