Responsibilities

Identify and pursue potential clients through various prospecting methods, such as cold-calling, networking, and referrals. We have no minimum size requirement for prospects: today's small business could become tomorrow's industry giant.

Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs, financial situation, and risk tolerance.

Present and explain insurance products that align with clients' requirements, including but not limited to auto, home, and commercial insurance. If you have an appetite to expand your expertise to include additional lines of insurance, we are one of the few firms that allow producers to sell across silos.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads promptly to maximize sales opportunities. There are no sales quotas for independent contractors.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

Negotiate insurance policy terms and premiums to secure the best coverage for clients while ensuring profitability for the company.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their inquiries are promptly addressed and concerns resolved. We have skilled Account Managers to assist at whatever level you feel is appropriate for your clients.

Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Stay updated on clients' changing needs and life events, adjusting insurance policies accordingly to maintain adequate coverage.
