Responsibilities
Create seasonal merchandise financial plans (MFP) at the style-color level that connect to top-down guidance and brand strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product Line Managers, Merchandisers, and Finance Planners to develop seasonal product targets and metrics
Provide data-informed analysis and recommendations to support decision making and iteration of business plans

Required
5-8 years of experience with experience in strategic planning, merchandise financial planning, category management, or related fields.
Experience with relevant consumer products or services, such as footwear, apparel, sporting goods, athletic, fashion, and lifestyle categories.
Comfort with ambiguity; can decide and act without having the total picture.
A proven track record in partnering with business leaders and all levels of management.
