Responsibilities
Lead a team of professionals in the areas of corporate and business segment financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Deliver value-added business analysis and financial insights to support informed decision-making
Oversee all financial planning and analysis activities
Provide performance updates
Collaborate cross-functionally to prepare financial and operational performance analyses
Instrumental in the annual operating plan and long-range forecast process
Set budget targets and lead the business through the financial planning process

Required
Minimum of 15 years' of relevant experience in corporate finance or planning
At least 8-10 years' in a management role
Excellent financial and operational acumen
Proficiency in corporate finance and GAAP
Proven track record in building and managing FP&A functions
Strong ability to create and build cross-functional business partnerships
BA/BS in a related field
Strong leader and team player
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Preferred
Background in the software or SaaS industry
Experience in a public or private equity-backed company
