Responsibilities
Champion Agile practices within the team, leading Scrum ceremonies with efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a seamless flow in our Agile processes
Forge strong, lasting relationships with clients by consistently delivering value and understanding their business imperatives
Translate complex client needs into actionable development tasks, prioritize the product backlog in close collaboration with product owners, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and user satisfaction
Take charge of the product delivery's quality, advocating for excellence and reliability in every solution delivered to our clients
Oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and on-time delivery, while also managing and mentoring project personnel

Required
Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience in facilitating sprint ceremonies.
Exceptional at translating business requirements into actionable development tasks.
Demonstrated capability in fostering strong client relationships and understanding their business goals.
Strong leadership qualities, with experience managing project teams and budgets.
Post secondary education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience.
4 years plus experience in software application delivery, preferably as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Business Analyst.
Preferred
Experience with low-code platforms, particularly OutSystems, is a plus.
Certifications in Project Management or Agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, CSPO, PSPO, CSM, PSM) are highly preferred.
OutSystems Delivery Specialist Certification is an advantage.
