Responsibilities
Lead and build the new Refrigeration Engineering team
Accountable for the successful leadership and technical excellence of the refrigeration engineering discipline
Support, direct, and oversee other refrigeration engineering associates
Ensure successful completion of projects
Maintain high quality standards
Meet project deadlines
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes
Promote seamless collaboration with other stakeholders within an integrated team of architects, designers, and engineers

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of Engineering and/or equivalent knowledge gained from education and/or work experience
Advanced experience in the engineering of refrigeration systems, with multiple years of experience in staff management and leadership
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred
Related industry experience designing refrigeration systems for retail, restaurant, grocery and/or other facilities is preferred
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and multi-disciplined A&E team is highly desirable
