Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Copado DevOps pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation to streamline DevOps workflows.

Define and enforce governance around the DevOps ecosystem, including version control, CI/CD, and quality gates.

Develop and manage the Salesforce sandbox strategy, including planning, provisioning, and maintenance.

Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure optimal use of sandboxes for various phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Lead Salesforce production deployments, ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability.

Plan and execute cutover activities for major releases, including detailed checklists and rollback plans.

Monitor and validate post-deployment success, ensuring proper functioning of features and configurations.

Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and project managers to align on project timelines and objectives.

Act as the primary liaison for all DevOps-related activities and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Educate team members on Copado best practices and DevOps standards.
