Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret people data to provide insights that drive HR strategy and decision-making.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators.

Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.

Support the implementation of employee listening strategies through data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy by working closely with HR technology systems and platforms.

Use data visualization tools to create reports that communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in people analytics within the tech, management consulting, or investment banking space.

Expertise in data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present complex data insights clearly.

Ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.

Preferred

Familiarity with People Data Platforms such as OneModel or Visier is a plus.
