Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, using Salesforce, Pardot, and other tools decided by the organization.
Segment contact lists based on industry, job titles, and other criteria to create personalized outreach strategies.
Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
Collaborate closely with the sales team leaders to ensure alignment on campaign goals and handoff processes for inbound leads.
Maintain and update lead records within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Track all inbound activity attached to opportunities to create growth plan quarter by quarter.

Required
1-2 years of experience in digital lead generation and email marketing.
Proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot for campaign setup, segmentation, and tracking.
Familiarity with Yesware or similar tools for tracking email engagement.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, with a focus on generating and nurturing leads.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred
Experience with Yesware and at least 1-2 years in a similar role is preferred.
