Responsibilities
Cross-Channel Collaboration: Work across various channels such as web, social, and paid media to understand and deliver on creative needs. Drive ongoing stakeholder meetings and communications across the channels. Capture and translate feedback from channels into internal and agency partners.
Project Management: Oversee the production process, manage complex delivery schedules, and act as coordinator for the assets produced.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and agency partners to ensure alignment and execution of creative strategies.
Content Creation: Generate engaging content that brings the Microsoft brand to life and resonates with the target audience.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and insights to inform creative decisions and optimize content performance.
Innovation and Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to continuously innovate and improve creative outputs. Understand and track performance of digital assets via the channel teams to understand how to innovate and drive creative enhancements. Build and track creative learnings repository across all campaigns.
Strategic Planning: Develop and refine marketing strategies to translate into creative outputs that align with business goals.
Creative Development: Design and deliver digital experiences that support customer discovery, learning, and purchasing of Microsoft’s commercial services.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, field operations, communications, project/program management or related work experience
1+ year(s) experience working with Marketing/Creative and/or managing Marketing/Creative processes, end to end.
1+ year(s) experience supporting stakeholders and/or executive leadership/leadership teams.
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, field operations, communications, project/program management or related work experience
3+ years experience managing Marketing/Creative campaigns for major consumer brands and/or entertainment franchises.
3+ years experience in working directly with cross functional, cross channel, agency, and other organizational stakeholders.
Track record of managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and teams.
