Responsibilities
Support client PO creation and management to ensure client financial accuracy and prevent JLL billing delays
Maintain and update forecasts in client finance tool monthly
Reconcile JLL and client financials monthly
Create and develop dashboard tools and trackers for client reporting
Drive reporting consistency across regions and function groups to enable analysis and benchmarking
Create and support client presentations around financial reporting and governance
Special projects and other functions as required by client

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in a range of dashboard tools and platforms. Experience with Looker Studio a plus
Advanced Excel skills or Google Workspace, experience with SQL, JavaScript a plus
Advanced presentation and communication skills (oral and written)
Self-starter, team player, with ability to bring alternate points of view to the discussion and analysis
Strong financial/analytical skills with proven capabilities in financial modeling
Strong organizational and coordination skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problems
