Responsibilities

Oversee the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of WebSphere and Business Objects systems.

Provide troubleshooting and technical support for our products and solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Perform operational and security maintenance tasks to guarantee the infrastructure remains secure and reliable.

Collaborate with project managers and other technical teams.

Participate as part of the on call rotation for our products.

IBM WebSphereSAP Business ObjectsSystem support

Required

Strong understanding of either WebSphere or Business Objects

Hands-on experience in system support and troubleshooting

Customer-centric approach

Excellent communication skills

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
