Responsibilities
Assist in executing work responsibilities to achieve company goals and improve operational efficiency.
Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, handle phone calls, mail, shipments, and emails.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Negotiate and manage office supplies and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Serve as liaison to the Board of Trustees for charitable foundations.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, and reports.
Assist with correspondence, legal documentation, and communication with lawyers and accountants.
Provide operational support for marina operations: accounts receivable/payable, maintenance contracts, employee management, and payroll.

Required
10+ years of administrative assistant experience
5+ years of QuickBooks proficiency
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) expertise
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently
Administrative Assistant: 2+ years
QuickBooks: 2+ years
