Responsibilities

Proactively manage an assigned book of business
Act as the primary client relationship manager with responsibility for overall account servicing and maintenance
Identify upsell / cross sell opportunities to new and existing Personal Lines clients
Adhere to Corporate Standards of Excellence and procedural guidelines spelled out in the Professional Procedure Manual

Required

3+ Years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably at an agency
Experience with Surplus Lines and Coastal risks required
Producer License is Mandatory (MA or RI)
Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and terminology
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and operate in an ever-changing environment is critical
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Fluency in MS office products

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in relative field preferred, or equivalent in work experience
AAI, AIS, or other insurance designation or related for insurance specialty preferred
